Social Workers (AASW Members):
Our dedicated team of social workers, all accredited by the Australian Association of Social Workers (AASW), are here to support our clients through life’s challenges, striving to enhance their well-being and ensure fair treatment. Often, our social workers assist individuals during times of crisis, such as instances of family violence, homelessness, or mental health concerns.
Allied Health Professionals:
Our allied health professionals play a crucial role in assessing and providing evidence-based reports to determine the support needs of our clients. They also assist in accessing funding by providing essential evidence, including assessments indicating the presence or likelihood of a permanent disability and reports outlining the functional impact of the disability.
Amberheart & Participant Connection:
Through our seamless connection process, clients are set up in Shiftcare, enabling them to easily book shifts according to their needs. Upon client contact, we gather necessary details including customer name, location, and shift time & duration. After each shift, our scheduler promptly follows up to gather feedback. Once a labor hire agreement is signed and insurance certificates are provided, we match the client’s requirements with suitable employees. Once the shift is filled, the client receives confirmation, including details of the attending staff member and shift timing if on short notice.
